In one day when I visit my uncle in Lebanon he give me a Sandwich I asked him " what is these " he side "just eat " when I eat I discovered what is that.
It is Liver but the Liver is raw. " The Liver is Uncooked " thin my uncle is laughing.

When I ate it, I discovered what that was.
