If I become the president of MSU what will I do
Hi, this is Xinbo. If I become the president of MSU, I want to improve the quality of education. If MSU can better than now, we have enough renson to improve the tuition. But now, MSU's quality of education is not very good. But the tuition is very high. I want to change it.
